The pop-up organized in summer at the Parkhotel Mondschein in Bolzano by EDIT Napoli brought a selection of colorful and cheerful design objects that speak of the south and the sun but have much in common with the traditions of the land where the hotel stands: attention to detail, time spent crafting, ancient techniques, and the love that passes from the hands of those who make these materials to those who will welcome them.
If ancient tradition speaks of “seven seas,” then what we see this summer in Bolzano is the eighth sea, the mountain sea, the one that comes to South Tyrol from EDIT Napoli. It is a bizarre sea, which instead of descending, rises, going in the opposite direction, because it is driven by curiosity and a desire to share.
