L’equilibrista by Lombardini22
10 am - 6 pm
A project that explore balance as a human and relational dimension even before a physical one: the ability to respond gracefully to change, to welcome weight and counterbalance it, and to continuously adapt between individual and collective needs. A plastic and experiential narrative in which each element, through movement, influences the stability of the whole.
Lombardini22, together with Mangini and B&B Italia, translates this reflection into an immersive environment conceived to be crossed rather than simply observed. Suspended elements and visible counterweights compose a setting in a state of constant, subtle readjustment, where every interaction, even the simple passage of a visitor, shifts the centre of gravity and redefines the stability of the whole. The installation does not propose a static balance to be contemplated, but a living system that recomposes itself each time, inviting those who move through it to become an active part of the composition.
